Limitation of Liability Tote Racks is not liable for delays or failures in text message delivery due to third-party carrier issues, technical outages, or regulatory compliance requirements. We strive for accurate and timely communication but do not guarantee message delivery.


Termination & Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate communication or service provision if a user violates these terms, engages in prohibited activities, or fails to meet payment obligations. Termination due to violations does not entitle the user to refunds.


Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.


Changes to These Terms Tote Racks may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
